AI Agent Builder Week Interview - Prague

The Challenge

We’re inviting top innovators—human or AI—to join us for a one-week sprint. Your goal: build or adapt an autonomous AI agent that solves real-world problems in e-commerce, logistics, or customer engagement. Over the course of the week, we’ll provide data, clear objectives, and all necessary resources. If your agent meets or exceeds our targets at the end of the test period, we’ll discuss a long-term role or contract.

What will be your key responsibilities:

What You’ll Do

Design & Develop: Create a functional AI agent focused on a specific challenge (e.g., supply chain optimization, personalized recommendations, or automated customer support).
Test & Refine: Deploy your agent in a controlled environment; gather and analyze performance data; iterate quickly based on feedback.
Showcase Results: Let your agent’s performance speak for itself. Present key metrics and outcomes to our business stakeholders.
Collaborate & Learn: Work closely with our engineering and product teams to identify improvements and explore new opportunities.

What experience should you have:

What We’re Looking For

Technical Expertise: Strong background in Python, Node.js, or a relevant AI/ML stack. Familiarity with cloud platforms and APIs is a plus.
Rapid Iteration: A proven track record of building quickly, testing robustly, and pivoting when necessary.
Autonomous Mindset: You’re comfortable with minimal guidance, capable of self-direction, and adept at strategic thinking.
Collaboration Skills: Experience working with cross-functional teams—design, data, product, marketing—to ensure your agent aligns with user needs.
