AI Conzultant

As a hybrid between a consultant and a developer, you will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of AI solutions:

• Strategic Advisory: Identify AI opportunities, define high-impact use cases, and advise the business on implementing AI-driven innovations.
• Architecture & Development: Design and prototype ML/LLM solutions with a heavy focus on Azure OpenAI.
• Data Engineering: Develop and process data using modern toolsets required for model training and fine-tuning.
• Integration & MLOps: Lead the integration of AI solutions into existing systems and establish robust MLOps practices.
• Ethics & Governance: Ensure all solutions comply with data governance, ethics, and security standards.

• Proven expertise in AI Architecture and deep knowledge of Azure OpenAI (Must-have).
• Hands-on experience in data development and processing for AI/ML purposes.
• Cloud proficiency: Primary focus on Azure (AWS knowledge is a plus).
• Hybrid Mindset: You must be able to bridge the gap between high-level design and hands-on coding/implementation.
•  Professional English (daily communication).
• Willingness to work the regional workweek (Sunday – Thursday).
• Experience: Prior experience with consultancy projects or collaboration with major global integrators is a significant advantage.
