✅ 1+ year of AI/ML software engineering experience
✅ Hands-on experience with AI and LLMs, from concept to production
✅ Familiarity with advanced prompting techniques and RAG strategies
✅ Experience with evaluation frameworks and AI performance assessment
✅ Solid understanding of Machine Learning concepts (deep ML expertise not required)
✅ Comfortable working across the full stack (TypeScript / Node / React / Python)
✅ Strong product-oriented thinking and ability to translate AI capabilities into business value
✅ User-centric approach—deeply caring about UX, data-driven decision-making, and experimentation
✅ Excellent communication skills—able to explain complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders
✅ Ability to manage risks and client expectations in AI projects
✅ A collaborative and open-minded mindset, eager to mentor, share knowledge, and contribute to discussions
