• Ensure consistent application of architectural guidelines, code quality standards, and visualization principles across products and projects.
Capabilities and Staffing
• Own capability planning for the Data Engineering & Visualization chapter, ensuring the right skills are available for project needs.
• Define hiring profiles, support recruitment, and identify capability gaps, staffing risks, and succession needs.
Professional Growth & Career Development
• Coach and mentor chapter members, supporting their technical and professional development.
• Define role expectations and recommend relevant learning opportunities, trainings, and career development measures.
Collaboration & Delivery Support
• Partner with product teams and stakeholders to deliver scalable data and visualization solutions.
• Support teams in translating complex data and analytics results into intuitive, user-friendly interfaces and applications.
Knowledge Sharing & Community Building
• Drive knowledge sharing across the chapter through chapter calls, best-practice sessions, technical exchanges, and reusable standards.
• Promote collaboration, reuse of proven solutions, and continuous improvement across teams.
Skill-Based Performance & Talent Input
• Collect structured, skill-based feedback in collaboration with project leads and People Leads.
• Provide technical and development-related input for performance and talent discussions, without owning HR processes.
We work in a HYBRID STYLE of working with possibility of home office, but twice a week we meet in the office for meetings.
The published salary is the minimum possible offer.
The starting salary may be higher depending on the extent of fulfillment of the employee's requirements (education, language skills, required practice, personality assumptions and skills).
