APAC Sales - B2B with a Recruitment or IT background

What will be your key responsibilities:

We are in the portfolio the Microsoft for Startups companies. As we are closing a seed investment, we look to expand our business globally, focusing on Southeast Asia and the Pacific. We have a lot of energy and tons of ideas, and we're looking for someone like you to help us make them happen.

You'll be the critical person to:
  • Prospect new leads and build customer relationships
  • Manage customer success - Our customers often contact us with questions about our solutions. You will ensure they are satisfied with our services.
  • Run active sales - You'll be making many phone calls and actively asking about our prospects' recruiting and talent acquisition needs.
  • Work with the lead generation team to grow our business pipeline
  • Manage our customer and prospect data in our CRM

What experience should you have:

  • You enjoy doing business, and you want to grow and develop yourself.
  • You love challenges - we are a dynamic company continually expanding.
  • A high degree of responsibility
  • You will be supportive to others, open to criticism, and honest in what you do and say.
  • Experience in the HubSpot CRM environment - keeping track of all activities and tasks is essential to working effectively.
  • Whether you are at the beginning of your career or have 20 years of experience, you are OK with both.
