AR Accountant

We are looking for a money-savvy person

We are an independent corporate venture builder, concurrently managing multiple projects across different countries, currencies, and legal frameworks. Currently, we are seeking a seasoned AR Accountant.

Our multinational team primarily operates across Europe and the Middle East. To cater to their needs, we require robust and professional financial support. Therefore, we exclusively seek experienced and dependable individuals for these roles.

Core qualifications of AR Accountant

• Knowledge of reconciliation and consolidation process
• Hands-on experience in collection process
• Excellent knowledge of working on a PC (MS Office, mainly Excel)
• Basic knowledge of Czech accounting standards
• Basic knowledge of the VAT law
• Fluency in Czech/Slovak and English language
• Diligence, systematic thinking, and the ability to put things in order

What do we need from AR Accountant

• Maintain an overall overview of the collection process
• Reconcile AR balances, manage and resolve every financial discrepancy between our and Customers’ accounts
• Consolidate the issuing of invoices to clients across different regions
• Collaborate with the internal Finance Business Partners of our Domains
• Providing input and participating in the creation of corporate cash flow
• Follow-up with customers via emails and phone calls to ensure timely collection of payments 
• Research, analyze, and resolve the Customer’s inquiries and payment blockers
• Timely report via weekly metrics and provide status updates on customers’ accounts
