BI Analyst

We are looking for BI Analyst.

Principle Duties & Responsibilities - The primary duties consist of, but are not limited to the following:

 Review and validate customer data as its is collected

 Develop policies and procedures for the collection and analysis of data

 Understand the complexities of current data model and provide options for simplification

 Develop dashboards and reports per customer demand

 Mentor report users so they can become self-sufficient with data extraction and manipulation

 Provide expert input into strategic programs where large data sets are involved

 Perform data profiling to identify and understand anomalies

 5+ years’ experience of working in a Business Intelligence role

 Excellent analytical skills to evaluate information from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, distil critical user requests from the presented details and distinguish solution ideas from requirements.

 Facilitation and negotiation skills to lead requirements workshops.

 Excellent understanding of analytical/reporting tools such as PowerBI, data warehousing

 Excellent skills of SQL and experience in database development

 Excellent understanding of Databases, ETL and database design

 Demonstrated ability to work unsupervised and use initiative when necessary. Ability to deal with conflicting priorities calmly and effectively.

 Ability to travel as needed to support business needs

 Working knowledge of ITIL preferred.

 Proficient in English and at least 1 other European language (German, Czech, Swedish, French preferred).
