BI Analytics Team lead

🚀 We’re looking for a driven leader to take charge of our BI team! If you’re passionate about data, capable of leading both people and strategy, and ready to shape BI products with real impact — this is your chance. From building roadmaps to hands-on development and driving change through data, you’ll play a key role in our analytics journey.

What will be your key responsibilities:

  • Lead and support team members on both a professional and personal level. Organize work effectively based on team capacity and capability.
  • Ensure the technical and logical flow of data is optimized across the organization.
  • Develop user-friendly reports and dashboards that provide high analytical value for internal stakeholders.
  • Translate business requirements into actionable data solutions in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Drive strategic initiatives, including product roadmaps and BI development strategies.
  • Collaborate with HR to attract, recruit, and onboard new BI team members.
  • Act as the principal Product Owner, ensuring alignment with the overall BI Analytics vision across all deliverables.
  • Define and uphold strong data governance principles throughout the company.
  • Lead change management initiatives by adopting modern BI technologies, tools, and best practices.

What experience should you have:

  • At least 5 years of experience in analytics, ideally within a BI or data-focused environment
  • Previous people management experience – you're comfortable guiding others
  • High school diploma (university degree is a plus, but not a must)
  • Strong communication skills in English and Czech/Slovak
  • Proficiency in Power BI, DAX, and SQL
  • Experience with Python is a strong advantage
  • Familiarity with tools such as GIT, Azure, Jira, and Product Roadmap management tools (e.g. ProductBoard)
