Brand Business Director - Prague

Are you ready to work with the total love brand on the market?

What will be your key responsibilities:

Spearhead the development and execution of brand strategies that align with global vision while adapting to the unique opportunities of the Central European market.
Drive growth across all channels, from e-commerce and owned stores to established retail partnerships.
Be a champion for digital transformation, harnessing the power of our online platforms and CRM strategies to deepen consumer engagement and loyalty.
Lead and inspire a high-performing, multicultural marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
Analyze P&L performance, identifying growth levers and implementing strategic initiatives to maximize profitability and market share.

What experience should you have:

5+ years of experience in a leadership role within a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
A proven track record of success in building brands, ideally within the beauty or FMCG industry.
Deep understanding of multi-channel brand management, with a strong emphasis on retail and digital.
Demonstrated expertise in e-commerce and CRM strategy development and implementation.
Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in Czech/Slovak and English.
