Build and Release Engineer

Our partner is an innovative quantitative asset management company, operating since 2007 and employing 600+ professionals in 17 countries worldwide. This is a private institutional investment management complex consisting of an international team of researchers, traders and technologists who constantly work toward even greater quantification and automation in the development of its trading processes.

We are now seeking a diligent and technology-oriented Build and Release Engineer with strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills.

What will be your key responsibilities:

Your tasks will include:

  • Supporting and developing new features for the central build and release system at the firm
  • Designing and implementing solutions that enhance software delivery
  • Collaborating across tech teams to improve automation and efficiency
  • Solving challenges in a DevOps environment

What experience should you have:

What You will bring:

  • At least a Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
  • Proficiency in Python and/or C++ (Nix is a big plus)
  • Strong fundamentals of algorithms, design patterns and OOP
  • Deep understanding of Linux environments
  • Problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and adaptability
  • Excellent command of English (both written and verbal)
