Business Analyst for SIDAP

As a Business Analyst in our SIDAP team you will be helping the team with preparation of data transformations to provide required data to data consumers within insurance company.

Understanding complex business processes and calculations, identifying requirements and translating requirements into functional specifications

Describing data transformations (ETLs) towards target data layer within a data warehouse or a data mart, according to the requirement of a specific data consumer within technical specification documentation

Deep understanding of data sources / legacy systems and underlying business processes, understanding related data models and ability to propose their updates, communication with related owners

Managing and supervising development and testing of such data transformations, managing small team of developers

Coordinate, connect and consolidate all available datasources into automated, effective and sustainable structure

Provide business/initial data exploration analysis on projects across NN international

What skills and knowledge should you posses

Advanced/Proficient at work with databases, SQL, Excel, … + ideally advanced in Power BI

Ability to connect Finance and Business problematics, especially in insurance business

Ability to lead discussion with source system specialists and prepare clear technical specs. for loading data into expected datawarehouse structures

Strong analytical skills, strong communication skills

Excellent English

Self-motivated and committed, well organized, diligent, result-oriented

Experience with financial data

Python
