The international team of HR experts is looking for Integration specialist, who would support Workday system in more than 50 countries. Heidelberg Materials as one of the world’s largest integrated manufacturers of building materials, is implementing Workday system to internal customers across the world. Team of experienced HR Business Specialists are ready to support you in exchange of proactive and responsible approach.


What will be your key responsibilities:

What will you do

You’ll be in charge of enlarging the existing Workday system and providing sophisticated second-level support. You’ll closely cooperate with other HR System specialists within your team as well as other countries’ teams. Managing extraction and conversions of all necessary data from Workday to the local HR Core system, is going to be the job on daily bases too.


What experience should you have:

You are an ideal candidate, if you possess:

  • Good Knowledge of the configuration of Workday HCM core, advanced compensation, security, learning, reporting
  • Knowledge, how to set up and utilize EIBs (Enterprise Interface Builder) to make mass updates in Workday for compensation updates, job changes, etc.
  • Solid understanding of HR Systems and you know HR Processes from end to end
  • Very good understanding of managerial practices and processes
  • Ability to learn new technologies and technical skills quickly
  • Experience working with software delivery and support
