Business Analytik (A804) - Praha (Hybrid)

What will be your key responsibilities:

Gathering business requirements and subsequent process analysis
Creating documentation describing the mentioned processes (description of proposed solutions for individual requirements, creating diagrams, designing and describing screens, designing integrations, etc.)
Close collaboration with the product manager, UX/UI designers, and the development department
Adhering to established methodologies (Waterfall and Agile)

What experience should you have:

Analytical and conceptual thinking
Ability to understand real user needs and translate them into the functionality of an information system
Basic experience with process modeling
Knowledge of corporate processes in economics, trade, and services is an advantage
You are familiar with tools like Jira, Confluence, and Enterprise Architect
Can break down high-level product requirements into User Stories / Use Cases
Are comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
Are creative while staying focused on producing meaningful outputs
Have experience with ERP system development
