What will be your key responsibilities:

  • Make high-volume outbound cold calls to identify and qualify leads
  • Book appointments for Sales Managers with key decision-makers (C-level, procurement, IT managers)
  • Engage prospects through phone, email, and LinkedIn outreach
  • Maintain an accurate CRM database with lead details and follow-ups
  • Collaborate with Sales Managers to refine targeting and maximize conversion rates
  • Track and analyze lead generation performance to optimize outreach

What experience should you have:

  • Proven experience in outbound sales, cold calling, or call centers
  • Strong ability to secure meetings with B2B decision-makers
  • Fluent Romanian speaker (C1 or higher), with strong English proficiency (B2 level or higher)
  • Confident communicator & persuasive negotiator
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and goal-driven
  • Familiar with CRM systems & sales processes
