To expand its business in the Benelux region, our client is looking to hire an experienced Business Development Manager France & Benelux (m/f/d) to be based in the Netherlands.

What will be your key responsibilities:

  • Driving growth by collaborating with some of the most innovative and sought-after beauty brands on the market.
  • Fueling strategic partnerships and expanding business development across key European markets.
  • Identifying new business opportunities and negotiating impactful deals with leading regional retailers.
  • Ensuring consistent sales growth and profitability across key regions.
  • Building and maintaining long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Crafting and implementing clear, actionable sales strategies aligned with growth objectives and market trends.
  • Collaborating with internal teams in marketing, product, and supply chain to optimize presence and impact.
  • Maximizing customer retention and delivering measurable business success across existing and new markets.
  • Occasionally traveling to visit clients, fostering strong relationships, and driving business growth.

What experience should you have:

  • Experience & expertise: Proven track record in business development within the health & beauty sector, with a deep understanding of regional retail dynamics.
  • Negotiation skills: Confident, assertive negotiator with exceptional communication and relationship management skills.
  • Results-Driven mindset: Energetic, motivated, and hungry for success, with a passion for beauty products and a drive to exceed sales targets.
  • Multilingual advantage: Fluency in French & English is essential; additional languages (such as Dutch or German) are a plus.
