What will be your key responsibilities:

Forscope is a dynamic and rapidly growing software broker company delivering innovative solutions by buying and selling popular used software products, which help our clients significantly save on costs.

We are looking for a highly motivated and result-oriented Business Development Specialist to become part of our team. The primary responsibility of the Business Development Specialist is to generate leads within the commercial sector, including large corporations, medium-sized enterprises, and small businesses. This involves recognizing business prospects, identifying key decision-makers responsible for IT/software procurement, and coordinating meetings for the sales team.

How will you contribute to our development?

  • Identify and research potential clients and key decision makers in target industries.
  • Utilize a variety of channels, including online research, networking events, and industry publications, with the goal of obtaining quality business leads.
  • Understand client needs and requirements to effectively communicate the value proposition of our products/services.
  • Work with Sales Managers to understand their objectives and target clients.
  • Proactively organize meetings or webinars with potential clients to introduce our offerings.
  • Continuously monitor industry trends, market conditions, and competition.
  • Provide valuable insights and feedback to the Sales and Marketing teams to improve our strategies.
  • Ensure that all necessary information is recorded in the internal system and is ready for client meetings.
  • Work closely with Sales Managers to develop strategies to convert leads into customers.

What experience should you have:

  • At least 1 year of proven experience in a call center, or in business development, lead generation, or a related role
  • Strong understanding of Sales principles and customer relationship management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive and pro-client approach
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Friendly nature, reliability, and independence
  • Strong time-management and organizational skills
  • High administrative accuracy
  • Greek language skills on a native level
  • English: At least on level B2 (regular communication with colleagues from different countries)
