Business Transformation Analyst - Bratislava

HB Reavis is seeking a motivated Business Transformation Analyst to join our dynamic team. Your first year in the company will consist of rotations to work on projects and initiatives across digital transformation and sustainability, learning from experienced professionals and shaping the future of our business.

What will be your key responsibilities:

Providing product management support for CRM implementations.
Offering post-implementation support for new tools.
Creating presentations, training materials, and documentation for the new tools.
Analyzing and proposing improvements to CRM PowerBI reports based on stakeholder feedback.
Improving data quality in systems (setting up processes, systems, and user notifications).
Analyzing the feasibility and potential for implementing AI agents within HB Reavis.
Leading or participating in pilot projects to develop AI agents for specific business areas or departments based on analysis outcomes.
Developing and implementing reporting tools (e.g., Power BI) for monitoring energy consumption in completed buildings.
Conducting benchmark analyses of HB Reavis's building sustainability performance against competitors.
Providing analytical support for various business transformation initiatives.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
Contributing to data-driven decision-making processes.

What experience should you have:

Recent graduate or final-year student in the area of Business Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex problems and work comfortably with data.
Demonstrated interest in digital tools, sustainability, or Artificial Intelligence (AI) through academic coursework, internships, or personal projects.
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, along with experience in at least one of the following: Power BI, SQL, Large Language Models (LLMs), AI agents, or CRM systems.
Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
A fast learner, curious, and adaptable across a range of technical and business topics.
Experience with or a strong interest in learning project and product management skills.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
Motivated by impact, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
Available at least 1/2 FTE to full-time (preferred) for a 12-month period, with willingness to rotate every 4 months across different departments.
Interest in the real estate or technology sector is a plus.
