Campaign Marketing Manager

As the Campaign Marketing Manager, you will be the driving force behind strategic campaigns that captivate our audience and drive sustainable growth. You’ll operate at the intersection of consumer insights, local market research, and cross-team collaboration. With a passion for great food and a relentless focus on customer delight, you’ll help to craft compelling campaigns, coordinate social media initiatives, and manage influencer relationships—all while optimizing local budgets and monitoring key performance metrics.

  • Be a True Foodie: Develop in-depth knowledge of our assortment, from the finest products to standout farmers, and highlight the game-changing offerings that enhance our communication.
  • Execute Campaigns with Precision: Localize centrally developed marketing briefs into impactful local campaigns. This includes preparing persuasive copy, localizing content, syncing up with the Commercial team to ensure top-notch offerings, and handing over deliverables on time and in perfect shape.
  • Coordinate Social Media Activities: Work hand-in-hand with the Social Media Manager to create channel-specific communication plans and long-term strategies.
  • Drive Growth Initiatives: Acquire first-time users, boost order volumes, and re-engage inactive segments. Expand Baby Club membership and secure partnerships that fortify our business and customer value.
  • Oversee Influencer Marketing: Together with the Social Media Manager, initiate new collaborations, launch campaigns, track performance, and plan brand awareness and acquisition tactics strategically together.
  • Collaborate with CRM & Digital Marketing Teams: Align messaging across internal channels (newsletters, push notifications, SMS) and external media (paid social, display).
  • Conceptualize retention campaigns, leverage customer segmentation insights, and employ best practices for reactivation.
  • Work Cross-Functionally: Partner with local teams including Customer Care, Commercial, Supply Chain, Warehouses, or Finance to support day-to-day activities and meet business objectives.
  • Manage the Local Budget: Monitor spending carefully, invest wisely, and deploy resources to maximize results.

What experience should you have:

  • Strategic Vision & Data Savvy: Ability to interpret complex data, derive actionable insights, and shape long-term marketing plans accordingly.
  • Proven Marketing Expertise: Experience in campaign planning, social media coordination, influencer outreach, and CRM optimization.
  • Strong Communication & Teamwork: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, plus a collaborative spirit for working with diverse stakeholders.
  • Adaptability, Speed & Curiosity: Eagerness to stay current with market trends, competitor activities, and evolving consumer behaviors. Be able to challenge the status quo and think outside the box.
