Clerk With Greek Language/ ΥΠΆΛΛΗΛΟΣ ΤΜΉΜΑΤΟΣ ΕΙΣΠΡΆΞΕΩΝ

We work in a HYBRID STYLE of working with an unlimited home office, but twice a week we meet in the office (Bratislava or Košice) for meetings.

Identification and assignment of received payments to the correct customer and to the correct open item and support with collection topics on a daily basis.

Job content:

• Payment allocation
• Manual Clearing of payments
• Reporting activities
• Support for collection topics (via ticketing tool and E-Mail)
• Customer documentation management
• Dunning action support
• Customer service requests support (via ticketing tool without a hotline)

Το προσωπικό του τμήματος εισπράξεων αναλαμβάνει να διαχειρίζεται τις καρτέλες των πελατών με σκοπό την παρακολούθηση των οικονομικών συμφωνιών σε καθημερινή βάση.

Περιγραφή θέσης:

• Κατανομή εισπράξεων
• Εκκαθάριση πληρωμών
• Reporting
• Υποστήριξη στην είσπραξη απαιτήσεων μεσω E-mail και Τicketing Tool.
• Διαχείριση αρχείου πελατών
• Ενέργειες για τη διασφάλιση των εισπράξεων
• Υποστήριξη και εξυπηρέτηση πελατών μέσω Ticketing Tool και οχι μέσω τηλεφωνικής γραμμής επικοινωνίας

The salary for this position is from 1400 gross.
The published salary is the minimum possible offer. The starting salary may be higher depending on the extent of fulfillment of the employee's requirements (education, language skills, required practice, personality assumptions and skills).

Education:

• Secondary with school-leaving examination  
• University education (Bachelor's degree)
• University education (Master's degree)
• Postgraduate (Doctorate)
• Educational Specialization
• Economy/Accounting

Language knowledge:

• Greek – understanding of written text (fluency in spoken language is not necessary)
• English –B1

PC skills:

• PowerPoint – beginner

• SAP FI/AR/ - advantage
• CRM – Siebel/advantage
