Client Services Manager

As the Client Services Manager, you will lead the local services team and take ownership of the client experience across the buildings in your portfolio. Translating the group service strategy into a yearly service plan, you will set clear objectives and KPIs for your team, prepare and manage the annual budget, and ensure our service standards are provided consistently. Delivering outstanding building services is the core of this role — with our building app as a key tool to keep tenants engaged and informed. You will also use client feedback and data to continuously improve our service offering and the everyday experience of everyone in our buildings.

What will be your key responsibilities:

  • Building and maintaining key client relationships to ensure satisfaction, retention and long-term engagement.
  • Recruitment, leadership and development of a cross-functional team (reception/concierge, event manager, short-term lease manager).
  • Translating client needs into events and service programming, and ensuring a consistently high standard of service delivery across all assets in the country.
  • Monitoring and analysis of user data (Power BI) and client feedback to make informed decisions and drive service improvements.
  • Management of annual budget, tracking variances and optimising operational spending, including vendor selection, negotiation and performance review.
  • Driving additional income — short-term lease targeting and revenue, space utilisation and commercialisation of digital screens (execution delivered through the team).
  • Ensuring the team applies internal processes and systems and keeps them up to date.
  • Partnering with internal leaders and supporting functions to resolve escalations and deliver the best possible client experience.

What experience should you have:

  • Higher education or a university degree.
  • At least 2 years of experience, preferably in the service sector, including customer-facing roles.
  • Experience with team leadership with focus on team development, managing budgets and vendors.
  • Analytical, data-driven mindset, Power BI or similar reporting tools an advantage.
  • Independent decision-making and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in Hungarian and English.

What do you get in return:

  • Internationally award‑winning office spaces focused on well‑being located in Agora, Budapest.
  • Flexible working hours with the possibility to work from home, because each of us has a different rhythm and working pace.
  • Life and accident insurance, because safety and security matter to us. We offer insurance that provides employees with reassurance even in critical situations.
  • Medicover Health Insurance.
  • Our MORE application provides free access to inspiring talks, massages, exercise sessions, medical check‑ups, and various engaging activities available directly during the working day.
  • 5 additional company sickdays.
  • Szepcard.
  • Referral bonus for recommending a new employee.
  • Company events, teambuilding and refreshment at the workplace.
