Commercial Consultant / Sales Enabler

We are the shared service center of Deutsche Telekom Group. As an efficient and competent partner, DTSE provides services for Deutsche Telekom AG and its subsidiaries across Europe, particularly in the areas of finance, purchasing, and human resources. Now, we are establishing a new Commercial Management division to further drive growth with our proven solutions – inside the Telekom Group, and in the external market.


What will be your key responsibilities:

As Sales Enabler, you’ll empower the sales team to succeed with the right tools, materials, and insights, providing guidance across all commercial activities

  • Coordinate key sales initiatives including strategic sales projects
  • Shape and improve sales structures, toolkits, and best practices, monitoring their effectiveness regularly
  • Develop and maintain high-quality sales materials such as pitch decks, templates, and case studies
  • Support the preparation of top-level management meetings with high-quality content and insights
  • Ensure holistic customer views and identify untapped sales potentials
  • Generate actionable insights through market, customer, and competitor analyses to support strategic decisions

We work in a HYBRID STYLE of working with the possibility of working from home , but twice a week we meet in the office in Košice or Bratislava for meetings.

The published salary is the minimum possible offer.

The starting salary may be higher depending on the extent of fulfillment of the employee's requirements (education, language skills, required practice, personality assumptions and skills).

What experience should you have:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in Consulting, Business Development, Marketing or comparable fields
  • Experience in sales or commercial contexts
  • Strong analytical, project management, and research skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office, incl. PowerPoint and other data visualization tools
  • Excellent communication and storytelling abilities
