Consolidation Manager / Specialist

Job Duties:

• Responsible for the preparation and oversight of IFRS consolidated financial statements
• Review group reporting and statutory financial statements prepared by SGI entities, ensure data consistency and compliance with group accounting policies
• Supervise the planning, execution and completion of audit engagements across SGI entities
• Collaborate closely with local finance teams in portfolio and provide support for newly onboarded acquisitions including acquisition accounting (PPA)
• Engage in the implementation of a group wide reporting tool
• Overview CNB, ESG & Tax reporting
• Identify potential risks and suggest solutions for improvement
• Ensure all work complies with agreed timeline and professional standards

Requirements:

• Fluent English & Czech
• University degree in Finance. Professional qualification (e.g. ACCA) is a plus.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with preparation of IFRS consolidation
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in external audit engagements, preferably BIG 4
• Knowledge of OneStream / reporting tool implementation is an advantage
• Experience with energy sector, private equity / holding company structure, ESG & Tax reporting is welcomed
• Advanced MS Office skills, especially MS Excel
• Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
• Attention to structure, detail and accuracy
• Team player with the ability to work independently, across cultures and time zones and manage multiple tasks & deadlines
