Continuous Improvement Manager

As ABS Continuous Improvement Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and driving operational excellence, and process improvement, within the ABS function. 

You will play a critical role in identifying opportunities for efficiency enhancement, cost reduction, and service delivery improvement. 

Your expertise in continuous improvement methodologies and strong leadership skills will help us optimize our operations and deliver exceptional value to the market.

What will be your key responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a continuous improvement strategy aligned with organizational goals.
  • Establish a framework for identifying improvement opportunities and prioritizing projects.
  • Coordinate detailed process analysis within shared services operations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to streamline processes and optimize workflows.
  • Implement industry best practices and benchmark against leading organizations.
  • Lead change management initiatives to ensure smooth transitions and stakeholder adoption.
  • Deliver training programs to foster a continuous improvement culture.
  • Coordinate data gathering and analysis to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure initiative success.
  • Plan, execute, and monitor improvement projects, ensuring quality standards.
  • Collaborate with project teams to define objectives, deliverables, and timelines.

What experience should you have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, operations management, or related field (master’s preferred).
  • Minimum 10 years experience in process improvement, lean management, or operational excellence.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in data analysis and finance systems tools.
  • Expertise in continuous improvement methodologies like Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, and Agile.
  • Proven track record of driving process improvement initiatives with measurable results.
  • Strong change management skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
  • Leadership experience, adept at motivating and developing high-performing teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, able to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to convey complex concepts effectively to diverse audiences.
