Copywriter

We are looking for a tech-savvy native English copywriter to join the 2N content team. You’ll be crafting well-written, engaging copy and using your native English know-how to proofread and edit texts. You’ll be working as part of the content marketing team to help shape 2N’s vision and creative focus.

 Our ideal candidate is a team-spirited, skilled, and creative writer who has an eye for detail and preferably has experience writing for technology companies. What will be your key responsibilities:

  • Write top-quality, easy-to-understand material, print or online, from news articles to event invites and social media posts
  • Create SEO-friendly web content and PPC campaigns
  • Tailor copy for multiple niche audiences
  • Proofread and copy-edit content: not only to correct spelling mistakes and grammar but also to optimise it from a copywriting perspective
  • Offer creative inputs to the marketing material of new product launches
  • Collaborate across departments to understand the purpose and goal of written content – including the sales, marketing, and product teams
  • Make amendments to your written material in line with the input other departments and be open to suggestions
  • Attend planning and briefing meetings

What experience should you have:

  • Writing and editing: The ability to write is essential. But, beyond this, you need to be able to translate technical topics into content that converts! Plus, it needs to cater to several key stakeholder groups (customers, partners, distributors, vendors, employees etc.)
  • Interpersonal skills: You will often interact with internal experts who develop the products you write about. You need to have the ability to tease out their technical knowledge, put it into simplified language and understand the products and the reasoning behind their development.
  • Marketing skills: Understanding today’s marketing requirements for copywriting is a must. Some knowledge of SEO, social media analytics, and lead generation process is a big plus.
