We are seeking an inspiring Creative Lead to join our team and lead a dynamic group of talented professionals across copywriting, localization, graphic design, and UI/UX design for one of our flagship projects, Playmobil. As the Creative Lead for Playmobil – the beloved international toy brand trusted by millions of children and families across 17 countries, including the EU, US, and Canada – you will play a pivotal role in creating captivating content and experiences that engage our global audience.


The core qualities of Creative Lead

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in leading agency teams or creative projects
  • Proven extensive project management experience, with a track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget
  • Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment with a focus on innovation
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire, mentor, and guide cross-functional teams
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders
  • Demonstrated creativity in developing compelling content and visual experiences that resonate with audiences
  • Expertise in content strategy development, with a deep understanding of how to craft content that aligns with brand goals and audience needs
  • Proficient in Content Management Systems (CMS), with experience managing and optimizing digital content across multiple platforms
  • Solid understanding of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) principles and best practices to drive organic traffic and enhance content visibility

What we need from Creative Lead

  • Lead and manage the content, UX and creative team to create and execute effective content strategies.
  • Provide guidance and direction to writers, editors, and content creators.
  • Oversee the implementation of content in promo plans and campaign plans aligned with business objectives.
  • Oversee coordination with translation agencies or freelancers to ensure high-quality translation and localization of content into multiple languages.
  • Foster a creative and collaborative environment to generate innovative content ideas.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, e-commerce, product, and localization teams to ensure consistency and alignment of messaging and branding across all channels.
  • Manage deadlines, and production processes.
  • Oversee localization and adaptation of marketing materials, product descriptions, and website content.
  • Ensure the accuracy, style, and adherence to brand guidelines and content quality.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in localization and content management.
