Your responsibilities:
Customer related credit activities including cash collection
• Credit management
• Set up and revision of credit limits, monitoring, communication with insurance agency.
• Based on reports identify high-risk customers & determine if block or alert is needed
• Inform subsidiary about customer block / alert set up and inform of discussion
• Define credit recommendation and inform CFO
• Deliver analysis of customer risks
• Discuss in credit committee (operational & periodic committee) with local responsible + credit insurer / broker
• Review alerts, order blocks and other listings
• Manage overview of open items of customers, aging analysis
• Close cooperation with Key account managers and other colleagues from internal departments
• Coordinate monthly closing activities and reporting
• Team management (performance review, attendance, etc.)
Cooperation in the field of audits and internal controls
People management scope of the role:
• Coordinate the resources so as to respond to inquiries regarding the transactions under his or her responsibility
• Supervising the team (Accounts Receivable, Sales admin)
• Measure and reward the performance of the team members
• Help to develop team members for personal and professional growth with focus on high potentials
• Represent the team towards management and management towards the team
