CRM developer (A340)

We seeking a senior CRM developer, with the option for full remote work, available either on a contract or full-time basis depending on preference.

The main tasks will include modifications of on-premise and cloud deployments of our clients' xRM system, which are customized using JavaScript and Java. Basic devOps skills are advantageous.

What will be your key responsibilities:

  • Craft clean and well-designed code
  • Generate comprehensive specifications
  • Debug, test, and uphold the core product software and databases to ensure robust optimization and functionality
  • Contribute across all stages of the development lifecycle
  • Adhere to industry best practices
  • Implement and release new features to streamline associated processes and tools when needed

What experience should you have:

  • Proficiency in SQL language and understanding of database structures including tables, indexes, and data types.
  • Previous familiarity with Oracle databases is advantageous.
  • Background in back-end development using languages such as Java, C#, PHP, or JavaScript.
  • Experience in both back-end and front-end development with JavaScript.
  • Additional advantage with knowledge of React or Vaadin.
  • Proven track record in analyzing customer requirements and visions, and proposing implementation strategies accordingly.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities.
  • Demonstrated capability to lead, manage, and support colleagues within a team environment.
  • A collaborative team player attitude is essential.
