Role Overview

As a CRM Manager, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our Salesforce platform to maximize productivity and streamline business processes. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, design solutions, and implement automation solutions tailored to our business needs.

What will you do

  • Lead the creation and implementation of CRM marketing strategies to boost customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue. Work closely with various teams to ensure these strategies are in line with overall business goals.
  • Oversee the CRM marketing calendar, from ideation to execution, including drafting detailed strategic briefs, guiding creative direction to align with marketing goals, and managing the end-to-end process of template creation, quality assurance, and seamless campaign launch via Iterable.
  • Drive the development of impactful consumer messaging by leveraging consumer insights and the brand's marketing stance. Facilitate the creation of engaging marketing materials that resonate with target audiences.
  • Enhance customer engagement by employing data-driven approaches to segment audiences and tailor storytelling and messaging based on customer behaviors, demographics, and preferences.
  • Track, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of CRM activities, using insights to refine strategies. Present findings and recommendations to senior marketing leaders and stakeholders for continuous improvement.
  • Keep abreast of the latest trends and technologies in marketing, advocating for the adoption of best practices and innovations to enhance CRM efforts.

Expertise we need 

  • Strong background in Customer Relationship Management.
  • Solid understanding of marketing fundamentals, with proven ability to transform consumer insights and marketing strategies into compelling messages for the audience.
  • Strong capability in data analysis and insight generation, with experience using BI tools. Must be skilled in communicating findings to leadership and across the organisation.
  • Hands-on experience with email marketing, including campaign setup and deployment.
  • Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, capable of fostering collaboration with teams and stakeholders across the organisation.
