What is the role about

As a CRM Automation Specialist , you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our Salesforce platform to maximize productivity and streamline business processes. You will collaborate closely with the CRM Manager and cross-functional teams to understand requirements, design solutions, and implement automation solutions tailored to our business needs.

What will you do 

  • Assist in the development and execution of CRM marketing strategies to enhance customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue, coordinating closely with various teams to align these efforts with the company’s broader goals.
  • Plan and execute phases of the CRM marketing calendar, help drafting strategic briefs, contribute to creative direction to ensure alignment with marketing objectives, and support the template creation, QA, and launch processes.
  • Leverage consumer insights and the brand’s marketing strategy to develop effective consumer messaging. Contribute to creating marketing materials that engage and resonate with the target audience.
  • Employ data-driven strategies for audience segmentation and personalization of storytelling and messaging, based on customer behavior, demographics, and preferences.
  • Track, analyze, and report on CRM activities, learn to use insights to suggest improvements. Support the presentation of findings and recommendations for strategy refinement.
  • Actively seek out and share knowledge of the latest marketing trends and technologies, suggesting ways these could be applied to enhance CRM efforts.

Expertise we require

  • A solid understanding of fundamental marketing concepts, including segmentation, targeting, and positioning. Keen to learn about digital marketing trends and CRM’s role within broader marketing strategies.
  • An analytical mindset with an interest in using data to inform decisions. Comfortable with numbers and open to learning about data analysis tools and methodologies.
  • Comfort with technology and a willingness to learn and work with various marketing and CRM tools. Basic knowledge of email marketing platforms is beneficial. Basic understanding of CRM systems and principles is a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey ideas effectively and collaborate with team members.
  • Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks or projects with attention to detail. Demonstrates a proactive approach to learning and problem-solving.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team, contributing to a collaborative work environment, and willing to take direction from senior management
