Customer Finance Clerk with Croatian language
We are looking for a Customer Finance Clerk with Croatian languageto join our DTSE SK team. The position offers the opportunity to work in an international environment and contribute to efficient and high-quality financial processes.
What will be your key responsibilities:
- Invoicing to the end customer based on the delivered documents
- Posting invoices to the ERP system, running invoicing runs
- Assign received payments to customer accounts
- Taking care of customer accounts, clarifying unidentified payments, inventory
- Trigger reminder runs
- Other transaction tasks within the "Invoice to Cash" process
- B2B segment – HW re-sale, discounts, non-standard payment schedules
- Preparation of write-offs of receivables, interest on late payments, archiving of documents, reimbursement of fees
- Administration for judicial and out-of-court customer recovery (e.g. summarization of documents, misuse of personal data, complaints)
- Support for monthly/quarterly/yearly closing activities
- Quality assurance in terms of internal controls (ICS)
- Communication with internal and external customers
- Work on regular and ad-hoc requests and tasks
- Participation in projects (process optimization, transition, testing, others)
What experience should you have:
- Education: Secondary education with a high school diploma/ a university degree (bachelor's or master's) in Economics/Accounting - Advantage
- Language skills: Croatian/Serbian - fluent, English language - advantage
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)
- SAP FI/AR/RMCA – an advantage
- Interest in developing knowledge in the field of finance
- Ability to work in a team
- Structured and independent approach to work and analytical skills
- Responsibility and consistency in the performance of the tasks entrusted to them
- Ability to plan and organize work
- Adaptability and flexibility
- Ability to work under pressure
