Customer Finance Clerk with Croatian language

We are looking for a Customer Finance Clerk with Croatian languageto join our DTSE SK team. The position offers the opportunity to work in an international environment and contribute to efficient and high-quality financial processes.

What will be your key responsibilities:

  • Invoicing to the end customer based on the delivered documents
  • Posting invoices to the ERP system, running invoicing runs
  • Assign received payments to customer accounts
  • Taking care of customer accounts, clarifying unidentified payments, inventory
  • Trigger reminder runs
  • Other transaction tasks within the "Invoice to Cash" process
  • B2B segment – HW re-sale, discounts, non-standard payment schedules
  • Preparation of write-offs of receivables, interest on late payments, archiving of documents, reimbursement of fees
  • Administration for judicial and out-of-court customer recovery (e.g. summarization of documents, misuse of personal data, complaints)
  • Support for monthly/quarterly/yearly closing activities
  • Quality assurance in terms of internal controls (ICS)
  • Communication with internal and external customers
  • Work on regular and ad-hoc requests and tasks
  • Participation in projects (process optimization, transition, testing, others) 

What experience should you have:

  • Education: Secondary education with a high school diploma/ a university degree (bachelor's or master's) in Economics/Accounting - Advantage
  • Language skills: Croatian/Serbian - fluent, English language - advantage
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)
  • SAP FI/AR/RMCA – an advantage
  • Interest in developing knowledge in the field of finance
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Structured and independent approach to work and analytical skills
  • Responsibility and consistency in the performance of the tasks entrusted to them
  • Ability to plan and organize work
  • Adaptability and flexibility
  • Ability to work under pressure
