Job content:
• Manage Innovation Lab activities: Plan and organize activities within Innovation Lab (cluster meetings, Innovation Ambassadors meetings, Innovation Day, Industry Insights, etc.). Facilitate and moderate different types of sessions.
• Monitor CUF contribution to DTSE innovation goals: Collect, report and monitor progress of innovation projects in CUF. Report for consideration in DTSE innovation targets.
• Facilitate generation of innovation ideas: Collaborate with different CUF teams with purpose of identification of new innovation ideas (e.g. design Thinking workshops, Process reviews, individual exchanges, etc.)
• Support Innovation Projects: Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to actively participate in ongoing innovation projects in the Customer Finance Department.
• Explore Technology Trends: Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in telecommunications, financial technology, and related industries. Provide insights and recommendations based on the research.
• Write Blog Articles: Craft engaging and informative blog articles on various topics related to telecommunications, finance, and emerging technologies. Share your perspectives and contribute to thought leadership.
• Prepare Newsletters: Develop and curate content for newsletters, keeping the team and stakeholders informed about departmental innovations, trends, and achievements.
• Maintain Innovation Lab YAMU Page: Manage and curate content for the internal social media page to foster a sense of community and knowledge exchange around innovation activities.
• Management Reporting: Prepare and present Innovation Lab reports to CUF Management and other stakeholders.
• Manage JIRA tickets: Create and maintain JIRA tickets for innovation ideas. Support Innovation Ambassadors with guidelines and trainings for JIRA.
We work in a HYBRID STYLE of working with an unlimited home office, but twice a week we meet in the office for meetings.
The published salary is the minimum possible offer.
The starting salary may be higher depending on the extent of fulfillment of the employee's requirements (education, language skills, required practice, personality assumptions and skills).
