Customer Finance Team Leader with German & English Language

What will be your key responsibilities:

  • Hire, lead, develop and manage the team (operation – responsible for service delivery)
  • Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement within the team
  • Identify talent gaps and proactively work on succession planning and career development for the team members.
  • Encourages trainings to foster both technical and soft skill development.
  • Responsible for services/solutions delivery to clients in agreed quality and quantity structure according agreed contracts and internal KPI
  • Monitor and review KPIs with customer (performance and quality)
  • Anticipate customer needs and proactively propose new solutions or services to enhance client satisfaction and business growth.
  • Identify process improvement measures and drives their implementattion, incl. Change management in the team
  • Collaborate on digital transformation initiatives, identifying opportunities to automate and improve financial processes.
  • Ensure effective resource planning and workload distribution to optimize operational efficiency
  • Drive the team’s contribution to budgeting, forecasting, and cost management initiatives.
  • Contribute to financial transparency of organization
  • Support other projects e.g transitions
  • Participate on ICS controls
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with internal stakeholders across various departments (e.g., sales, IT, legal) to ensure seamless service delivery

What experience should you have:

  • University degree (Bachelor or Master) in Economy/Accounting or Management
  • Min. 2 years of experience in business service centers either in financial area or leadership
  • MS Office – advanced
  • Experience with SAP (especially Modules SD/FI) beneficial
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
