Customer Service Consultant for Airlines ✈️

What will it be about? 

• 👔 Efficiently resolve customer queries and issues. 
• 🎧 Handling reservations, flight changes or cancellations, facilitating online check-in, etc. 
• 💯 Fluent communication in English and German.
• 🤝 Collaborate in a dynamic team environment.
• 📞 Communicating with customers via telephone, email, and chat.

What we are looking for? 

• 💯 Knowledge of German and English - daily communication with customers.
• 📞 Ability to work remotely - effective work schedule of 40 hours per week - 8.5 hours per day. 
• 💻Stable internet connection - internet speed of 16/10 Mbps, Ethernet cable.
• ✍️ Option to attend a 6-week training program in Brno.
