Customer Service Representative ( English - Italian )
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative for our automotive multinational partner.
What will be your key responsibilities:
- Responsible for perfect customer service within the company
- Liaison between the customer and other departments (Sales,
- Act as the first point of contact for customers by dealing with
- Answering product and order related inquiries, informing
- Performing administrative tasks: order entry in Oracle, support of
- Participation at relevant shows
What experience should you have:
- You’re fluent in Italian and English (both written and
- Knowledge of French is an asset
- You’re familiar with MS Office programs (Outlook,
- You’re an extraverted, initiative, collaborative person
timely manner
- You have outstanding relationship building skills and
- You’re administratively accurate and efficient
- Commercial background is an advantage
