Customer Service Representative - French Speakers - Prague

Are you fluent in French and passionate about providing exceptional customer service? We are currently seeking a motivated and dedicated Customer Service Representative with a strong command of French (C1 or C2 level) and business-level English to join one of the strongest team of our client. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive the best support and assistance.

What will be your key responsibilities:

Together with 10-14 team members you will be supporting French speaking market.
Act as a primary point of contact for our clients and commercial teams.
Big part of your day will be order management- receiving, monitoring, and processing customer orders in SAP/Oracle.
You will also handle complaints or any other requests from our clients.
You can expect receiving requests primarely via email (CRM) or phone.

What experience should you have:

Native level of French and fluent level of English language.
Customer centric approach.
Good communication skills (efficient, friendly and positive).
Curiosity and drive for continuous improvement.
Experience or ability to learn CRM and ERP tools.
Organizational skills and attention to details.
