Customer Service Representative - German Speaker

Are you fluent in German and passionate about providing exceptional customer service? We are currently seeking a motivated and dedicated Customer Service Representative with a strong command of German (C1 or C2 level) and business-level English to join our dynamic team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive the best support and assistance.

What will be your key responsibilities:

  • Provide top-notch customer service through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries, orders, product information, and issue resolution in a prompt and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient and effective problem-solving and order processing.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and documentation using various computer systems (Oracle, CRM & Excel).
  • Demonstrate excellent organizational and administrative skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workloads effectively.

What experience should you have:

Most Important Qualifications and Competencies:

  • Prior experience in customer service is preferred, showcasing your ability to understand and meet customers' needs effectively.
  • Fluency or native-level proficiency in German (C1 or C2 level) is essential to communicate confidently with our German-speaking clientele.
  • Strong business-level English (B2) for internal communication and collaboration.

Nice to have Qualifications and Competencies:

  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to ensure clear and helpful interactions with customers and colleagues.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented approach to work, with a focus on delivering outstanding service and exceeding expectations.
  • Computer proficiency and accuracy are essential, particularly in using Oracle, CRM, and Excel.
