Customer Service & Sales Associate - English + French/Italian/German

Our client is a multinational company and a worldwide leader in the food service industry. Do you speak Russian and English, and have a passion for Customer Service and Sales? Apply now for the position of International Customer Service & Sales Associate (m/f/d) Russian!

What will be your key responsibilities:

  • Handling daily order entry, processing, and expedition of orders
  • Monitoring production statuses
  • Responding to customer requests and inquiries
  • Coordinating special shipping instructions with the Shipping Department
  • Understanding the language of international business, including a letter of credit, proforma, CADs (Cash Against Documents), certificate of origin, and export freight terms
  • Assisting the international sales team with various functions

What experience should you have:

  • Excellent verbal and written skills in any of the European language and fluency in English
  • Knowledge of German is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree or similar educational background
  • At least 1 year of international customer service experience
  • Good organization and capability of handling a variety of issues and assignments
