Customer Service Specialist (US shift)

What will be your key responsibilities:

We are looking for new team members who would provide full customer care and ensure the smoothness of the processes.

What your daily responsibilities will look like?
  • Daily communication with our clients in the US region
  • Building and maintenance of relationships with clients
  • Cooperation regarding the process with other departments
  • Troubleshooting
  • Control and maintenance of the database, orders, etc.
  • Reporting
  • Possibility to participate in the projects

What experience should you have:

What makes you the best candidate?
  • Experience with customer care, logistics, purchasing, or any other relevant position
  • Advanced knowledge of the English language
  • PC savvy
  • Dynamic and assertive personality
  • Good communication skills
  • Knowledge of any ERP system (Oracle, SAP, etc.)
  • Willingness to learn new things
