Customer Service Specialist with German

What will be your key responsibilities:
- daily contact with clients regarding order management, queries and complaints handling
- handling returns, credits and debits, responsibility for financial transactions
- cooperation with distribution centres and transport providers
- building relationships with customers
What experience should you have:
- at least 1 year of experience in customer service, ideally from SSC
- fluent German and English
- communication skills, can-do attitude
- knowledge of SAP is a big advantage
- experience with Medical Devices/pharmaceutical industry is a plus
