What will be your key responsibilities:
Work in Brno! Become a part of the German-speaking customer service team.
Your future job:
- Contact with the German customer for many projects
- Participation in a professional and international team
- Contact with the German customer and answer various questions via chat, mail or telephone
What experience should you have:
- B2 - C1 level of German
- Communication skills
- Any experience in customer support is a plus
