Data Analyst

As a Data Analyst in our SIDAP team you will be helping with preparation of data transformations to provide required data to data consumers within insurance company.

Understanding complex business processes and calculations, translation of technical specifications of business requirements into the code

Understanding of data sources / legacy systems and underlying business processes, understanding related data models, frequent communication with business analysts

Coordination, connection and consolidation of all available data sources into automated, effective and sustainable structure

Providing business/initial data exploration analysis on projects across NN international

Testing created data transformations

Occasionally, cooperation on technical specification is also expected from this role to help business analysts with their work

Advanced/Proficient at work with databases, SQL, Excel, … + ideally advanced in Power BI, including code optimization

Ability to learn and connect Finance problematics, especially in insurance business

Ability to drive discussion with business analysts to ensure clear understanding of technical specs. and 100% alignment of code with specs

Excellent English is a must

Self-motivated and committed, well organized, diligent, highly results oriented

Finance data knowledge

Analytical skills (ideally mathematical foundations)
