Data Scientist for BI & Data Team 🐙

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the planning, execution, and delivery of impactful data science projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, and delivering actionable insights. This role involves applying a deep understanding of statistical modeling, machine learning algorithms, and innovative data analysis techniques. Additionally, the candidate will be tasked with managing and mentoring a growing data science team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment, providing guidance on project priorities and technical challenges, and conducting regular performance evaluations. Effective communication of complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders is crucial, as is collaboration with cross-functional teams, including BI analysts, engineers, and business leaders, to ensure seamless integration of data science solutions. The emphasis is on driving project delivery, building and managing the data science team, and fostering effective communication and collaboration across the organization.

Data stack:

• Power BI, DAX, SQL, Python, …
• Bizzflow (Airflow), Azure SQL Database, Azure Data Lake, Cosmos DB, …

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in data science, with a focus on end-to-end project management.
• Strong problem-solving mindset, proactively identifying and addressing challenges in the data science process.
• Proficient in Python/R with a focus on Data Science libraries and algorithms (sklearn, feature engineering, neural networks, language processing)
• English both spoken and written.
