Demand Planner with English - Praha

What will be your key responsibilities:

Manage, analyze, and maintain an 18-month rolling forecast for designated sales regions.
Lead the Demand Review meetings in the monthly Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process, facilitating key decision-making sessions with management.
Improve planning accuracy across product lines, franchises, and sales regions throughout the product lifecycle.
Consolidate inputs from sales, marketing, and consumer insights to drive data-driven decision-making.
Enhance product availability for customers in collaboration with inventory planning, order management, and sales analytics.
Champion a "what-if" planning culture to support flexible and insightful decision-making.
Support aggregate long-term planning to optimize purchasing processes.
Continuously improve demand planning processes, reporting, and tools.

What experience should you have:

University degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Economics, or a related field.
Proven experience in S&OP and forecasting in an international setting, ideally in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) or Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG).
Strong communication skills and experience in managing processes and projects across departments.
Team-oriented with a collaborative approach to planning.
Strategic thinker with "out-of-the-box" creativity and a passion for continuous improvement.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint) and forecasting software; SAP and Power BI experience is a plus.
Familiarity with Python (pandas, matplotlib, NumPy) and SAP IBP is beneficial.
Fluent in English; German language skills are a bonus.
