Development Team Lead

We are looking for a Development Team Lead teering the team towards the successful delivery of the project for  our client, the world's largest 3D visualization software company.

What will be your key responsibilities:

  • Lead a global team in Prague and Sofia.
  • Understand project requirements and ensure they are met.
  • Proactively identify potential obstacles and develop solutions to overcome them.
  • Understand and oversee technical requirements, tools, and deliverables.

What experience should you have:

  • Proven experience with developing of the complex application using C++.
  • Experience in managing and leading distributed teams.
  • Strong understanding of project requirements and the ability to ensure they are met.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Fluent in English. Proficiency in Czech is an advantage.
