Development Team Lead - Prague | jobs.datacruit.com

We are looking for a Development Team Lead teering the team towards the successful delivery of the project for our client, the world's largest 3D visualization software company.

What will be your key responsibilities:

Lead a global team in Prague and Sofia.
Understand project requirements and ensure they are met.
Proactively identify potential obstacles and develop solutions to overcome them.
Understand and oversee technical requirements, tools, and deliverables.

What experience should you have:

Proven experience with developing of the complex application using C++.
Experience in managing and leading distributed teams.
Strong understanding of project requirements and the ability to ensure they are met.
Excellent communication skills.
Fluent in English. Proficiency in Czech is an advantage.
