Devops engineer

What will be your key responsibilities:

Your Role:

  • As a DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for SameSystem’s infrastructure – working with servers and software, optimizing operational processes, and ensuring smooth, secure, and efficient system performance.
  • Your Responsibilities:
  • Infrastructure management – Kubernetes, Docker/Swarm, MySQL, MongoDB, Elasticsearch, Redis, Linux (Ubuntu), AWS.
  • CI/CD processes – Administering and optimizing Jenkins (~300 nodes and ~300 jobs).
  • System monitoring – Zabbix, ELK, Graylog, Prometheus.
  • Cybersecurity – OpenVAS vulnerability scanning, Wazuh intrusion detection, and log analysis.
  • AI automation – Implementing AI solutions to optimize processes.

  • Analytical mindset – strong problem-solving skills and expertise in root cause analysis.
  • Passion for engineering – experience in building reliable, high-availability systems.

Required Skills:

  • Experience with Linux, Bash, Docker, MySQL, AWS.
  • Strong knowledge of MySQL and MongoDB.
  • Jenkins Pipeline and Job DSL expertise.
  • Familiarity with Nginx, BIND, Postfix, Keepalived, GlusterFS.
  • Nice-to-Have Skills:
  • Experience with Kubernetes, libvirt/KVM, Golang, Python, Ruby, Groovy, PostgreSQL, ELK, HAProxy.
