This role combines systems administration (physical server management) with CI/CD development and automation in a software company environment. You will ensure stable build systems, seamless releases, and reliable infrastructure for our development teams.

What will be your key responsibilities:

  • Administer on-premise virtualization and Docker environments used for testing
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve CI/CD issues in cooperation with developers and other teams
  • Maintain and develop CI/CD pipelines (currently Atlassian Bamboo and GitLab, with a planned migration to a new system
  • Manage artifact repositories (Sonatype Nexus), internal Git servers, and custom Git hooks
  • Automate internal processes by developing and maintaining scripts for builds, testing, deployments, documentation generation, and release workflows
  • Continuously improve internal development tools and infrastructure

What experience should you have:

  • Experience with Linux (Debian) and Windows server administration
  • Basic networking knowledge and experience with remote access tools (SSH, RDP)
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD systems and build pipelines
  • Experience with Docker/Podman containerization (Dockerfiles, Docker Compose)
  • Ability to write clean and maintainable scripts (Python, Bash, PHP, JavaScript/TypeScript, or PowerShell)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to identify root causes
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across teams (developers, ICT, QA)
  • Attention to detail and sense of ownership

What do you get in return:

  • A stable position in a software company with its own infrastructure
  • Opportunity to influence CI/CD architecture and participate in migration to a new system
  • Space for automation, optimization, and modernization of internal processes
  • Collaboration with experienced technical teams
  • Flexibility and support for professional growth
  • Competitive salary based on experience
