Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze Business Requirements in central Deutsche Telekom HR: Collaborate with various departments to identify and document requirements for recruiting, talent management, and skill development.
• Develop Technical IT Development Concepts: Design and implement technical IT development concepts based on identified requirements.
• Project Management: Lead and coordinate projects using agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
• Reporting and Analysis: Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and analyses using MS Power BI and Excel.
• KPI Management: Develop, implement, and monitor KPIs to measure the efficiency and effectiveness of HR processes. Conduct activities for continuous improvement based on KPI results.
• Workshop Facilitation: Plan and conduct workshops at various management levels to present analyses, concepts, and project progress.
• Communication: Effective and proficient communication in German and English, both oral and written.
• Data Management: Ensure data integrity and quality, and optimize existing data processes.

We work in a HYBRID STYLE of working with an unlimited home office, but twice a week we meet in the office for meetings.
The published salary is the minimum possible offer.
