Enterprise Application Architect

As part of the Global Application Team and reporting to the Group Application Director, the Enterprise Application Architect is responsible for understanding business requirements and designing comprehensive software solutions for company-wide use. The role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including IT professionals, business stakeholders, and external service providers, to identify and design solutions aligned with business needs and ensure smooth project implementation.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Microsoft cloud-based applications (Dynamics365, Power Apps, Azure) and should be experienced with integration platforms such as Boomi and other cloud technologies (Oracle, Salesforce). This role includes designing and maintaining data management strategies, data architecture, and data integration principles within the enterprise application landscape.

Responsibilities also encompass daily management within their domain, collaboration with internal and external technical experts, and partnering with business teams to create IT solutions that meet business requirements. The role is crucial in application solution implementations, overseeing initial project phases, solution development, and deployment. This position provides growth opportunities in application design, cloud, SaaS technologies, and IT best practices within a growing international organization.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.

• Proven experience as an Application Architect, Data Management Professional or similar role in an

enterprise environment.

• Proven experience working with application and data architecture frameworks (TOGAF)

• Leadership skills to motivate and lead teams through direct as well as indirect management.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both

technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Ability to work well within a team, taking on tasks during busy periods, assisting colleagues, and

providing guidance to other staff members.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, interpreting information from multiple sources with the

ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.

• Fluent in English; Czech and or French advantage.
