External Communication & CSR Specialist

Cooperation in external communication, CSR initiatives, internal communication support, and event coordination within the company. The position acts as the communication partner for the assigned location, ensuring consistent communication, supporting local management, and coordinating communication activities aligned with company objectives.

What will be your key responsibilities:

  • Plan and coordinate external communication activities and create content for relevant channels, including articles, graphics, social media posts and other communication materials
  • Manage and maintain external communication channels (social media platforms, external website) in line with the communication strategy.
  • Identify and propose PR opportunities.
  • Support employer branding initiatives.
  • Support cooperation with schools and external partners.
  • Plan and coordinate external and internal CSR activities and events from concept to completion in line with communication objectives.
  • Develop ideas to improve CSR initiatives and increase their impact.
  • Source and negotiate with vendors, suppliers, and event support teams.
  • Analyze CSR success, prepare reports, and recommend improvements.
  • Support internal communication activities and channels for the assigned location.
  • Coordinate internal communication initiatives in line with the overall communication strategy.
  • Organize and support internal events and communication activities.
  • Cooperate with managers and departments to ensure effective communication across the assigned location.
  • Support company-wide communication and engagement initiatives as required.

What experience should you have:


  • University degree in Marketing, PR, Communications, Journalism or another relevant field is preferred.
  • Ideally 4 years of experience in communications, PR, CSR, marketing or a related role.
  • Experience with communication campaigns, social media and event coordination.
  • Czech language / Slovak - Advanced (C1)
  • English - Advanced (C1)
  • Advanced MS Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel).
  • Experience with graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator or similar).
  • Knowledge of HTML, CMS, or WordPress is an advantage.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational and presentation skills.
  • Team player
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with different teams.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate communication effectiveness and prepare reports.
