Facility Manager

We are looking for a Senior Facility Manager.

Respontibilities and duties as a Senior Facility Manager:

• Develops relationships within operations and with external vendors, material suppliers and consultants to manage the successful implementation of technical facility projects
• Possesses a very good technical knowledge of technology and has a good understanding of civil engineering
• Manages accountable steps within the project Management and Change Control Process for the successful development and delivery of products and machines
• Supports the development, communication and execution of Operations Engineering management strategies and visions that are aligned to the business

• communicative level of English language
• degree level in Engineering 
• 5 years experiences in leading and delivering projects
• ability to technically and commercially evaluate vendor proposals for new equipment
• ability to develop partnerships both within the organization and externally with customers or contractor representatives to deliver products and projects on time, budget and to the highest quality through effective project management
